Ketat-mengetat

Sejak seminggu dua ini isu 'ketat' sering disuarakan. Persepsi 'ketat' adalah berbeza bagi individu masing2. Di bawah adalah persepsi lain2 untuk fahaman anggota umum (dont be offended - nanti adalah org tu merajuk):

1. Shahrul ketat - Baju size XS tapi badan XXXXL . Dia check every single time, nak beli yg paling kecik sekali. High 5. Cover up story - 'utk shania sebenarnya'.
2. Masri (Peeps) ketat - Pipi dia yg gebu, licin tetapi kental dan ketat. Hence the name Peeps = pipi.
3. Zul ketat - Defence yg solid dan compact macam German side time Lothar Matthius
   
4. Wafi ketat - Kerusi, baju, singelet, underwear, socks, seluar or condom (its a compliment) tak muat.
5. Amru ketat - semua rapat2 lagi.. macam mana nak masuk gambar semua org ni. lens dah extra wide lens ni.. nama dia bla blaa.. boleh bla bla .. bla blaa (semua pasal photography)
   
6. Lukman ketat - muka dia yg terlampau 'cute' time amik gambar without fail. kononnya nampak garang tapi hati nya sangat lembut (any girls interested??.. singe lagi ni)
   
7. Afnan ketat - takde maksud sebab apa yg boleh ketat kat badan dia yg teramat kurus itu. Kappa yg hugging pun macam khemah (exaggerate sikit).

Performance Review : 28.06.09 (Week 10)

Geng NATS sekali lagi turun padang dengan penuh semangat dan utk melepaskan geram yg terpendam sepanjang minggu. Kali ni NATS berjaya mengumpulkan 3 pasukan (15 orang). Memang layan and minggu ni lebih kompetitif dengan asakan lebih fizikal dan keras. 3 pasukan adalah seperti di bawah.

NATS Best Player Week 9

Final 2009 Confederations Cup Preview: Brazil Vs USA

The Confederations Cup 2009 Final will be between 5 times World Champions, Brazil against the CONCACAF Champions, USA. The final will be shown at ASTRO Channel 811 starting at 1:45 am on 29th June (Monday morning). But if you guys wanna catch the game, maybe set the clock at 2:30 as they usual will ramble on 1st.

WAYS OF PICKING WEEKLY TEAMS:

Tertulisnya cerpen ini tak lain dan tak bukan, hanyalah ingin mendapatkan cadangan dan pemahaman rakan rakan pena bola saya yang turut mengikuti blog ini. Dengan ada nya cadangan ini, boleh lah kita jadikan permainan mingguan kita jadi lebih menarik dan menawan.

Seperti yang anda semua sedia maklum, setiap minggu akan ada "Masalah" pemilihan pemain untuk pasukan. Untuk tugas getir ini, saya dengan "selambadirk kuyt"nya melantik diri saya sbg pemilih dgn sifat REPUBLICAN saya. Pemilihan saya pun, saya buat dgn sepenuh penilitian, supaya tidak timbul term "berat sebelah" atau pasukan tak se-imbang atau team asyik kena KELUAR.

Begini cara saya pilih pada firasat saya. Saya lihat pada DUA benda shj....ke-Terror-an setiap player dan bergantung kpd pasukan pada minggu lepas(kalo dah team skali last week, this week tak yah lah). Lepas itu tgk pada tahap semangat dan tak berapa semangat nak main nya. Pastu akan saya pilih supaya pasukan seimbang (Tapi timbul masalah bhw ada team yg playernya semua ATTACKER atau semua DEFENDER). Kemudian akan saya perhatikan, kalau antara tiga tiga team tu asyik Rotate,rotate dan rotate, maknanya team dah seimbang. Kalo ada satu team asyik kluar, mungkin akan buat perubahan (player exchange + cash).

Jadi begitulah munculnya Cerpen ini. Saya ingin mendapatkan pendapat rakan pena tentang cara paling SESUAI dan BERNAS untuk memilih pasukan setiap mingguan. Kalau anda pernah berasa pasukan anda hampeh atau pasukan anda ada kalanya terlebih terror lah plak..sila lah berikan pendapat. Beberapa idea telah dibentangkan pada meeting AJK NATS (setiap monday nite di McD seks3) di mana ianya seperti di bawah:-

1) Kita bahagikan setiap players mengikut ATTACKER atau DEFENDER. Pastu susun cantik cantik dalam team masing masing. So bila pilih, biar dapat team yg seimbang yg ada attacker dan juga defender dalam satu team.

2) Kita bahagikan mengikut Standings System. Bermakna, player paling tinggi average points akan disatukan dengan player paling rendah average points DAN diteruskan ke no.2 tinggi dgn no.2 last, no.3 tinggi dgn no.3 last....etc etc...ada faham? sampai lengkap 3 team tu.

3) Kita bahagikan team dgn cara pilih 3 CAPTAINS, dan kemudian "1-2-Jus" atau "lattalilatlailitampluum" dan pilih players masing masing, satu per satu ikut giliran.

4) Kita maintain saja team yang sama selama 2-3minggu supaya boleh tgk keserasian memasing dan baru rasa competitive nak kalah kan team lawan. Semangat berpasukan lagi tinggi memuncak sehingga ke menara gading. (Maintain saja org sama in team sama for sekurang nya 3 minggu)

5) Letak ramai ramai kat tengah dan guna jari telunjuk utk tunjuk pada kasut semua org satu per satu sambil baca "ushu kanibu shunaga pule-pule shitina watana wa ashikuduk" pastu buat sampai semua org dah masuk team masing masing

6) Bahagi kan ikut physical...bahagi team ikut BERAT, TINGGI, KE-HENSEM-AN pemain. tapi yg ini macam lawak sahaja...so takdelah team yg semuanya team tinggi dan team hobbit(lukman n zul).

SO GUYS, tinggalkan lah beberapa comment ttg cara untuk pilih team yg terbaik drp pandangan anda anda semua. Bagi saya antara ke enam-enam points di atas saya lebih prefer point no.1 asalkan masih ikut kepada ke-terror-an players....kalau tak pun...biarlah aku jadi THE REPUBLICAN/DICTATOR/GURU BESAR/MANAGER dan aku gunakan cara sama untuk pilih team...

Just for fun sakes, lets see which footballer suits the way we play. This list is just my take on it and dont be offended. please feel free to comment and give your take as well.

1. Mazleen = Tevez (sebab tiap2 kali pakai baju tevez. tak suka basuh kot nanti hilang luck. Alertness and finishing power)
2. Irwan = Van Persey (tapi tak lak aku nampak van persey jatuh setiap kali dia shoot. Poacher and shooter)
3. Shah = Ronaldo gemuk (size sama, skill pun sama. most efficient with very little movement due to the wieight kot)
4. Shahrul = Gerrard (skill, finishing, leadership sama tapi gerrard lari satu padang, shahrul tak. Diving tak cantik sebab kononya nak jatuh tapi takut sakit sebab berat)
5. Mazlan = Arjen robben (very good shooting and running on the ball, pass je tak nak. Gets incredible goals from any part of the field)
6. Lukman = Batistuta (ultimate finisher can score from anywhere at any time. muka je tak hensem.. ketat sangat.Alwaysssss takes the shot)
7. Bo = Scholes ( lari merata but lari je lah. tackling and final passes are commended. Suka diving yg tak cun. Sikit2 injured.)
8. Afnan = Iniesta/john terry (great at both ends. middle pun. lari satu lap rehat satu lap)
9. Fadzli = Ballack (very commanding in the middle. Great leadership and sportsmanship. Better finish pass dia yg lawa. Suka korek hidung, careful kalau nak high 5)
10. Jini = Zat Knight (size very daunting and strong in tackling but still pancit. rembat power)
11. Zarrir = Pepe (acrobatic cuma tak kena je kadang2. good defence with an eye to attack. Very composed in front of goal)
12. Kimi = Ronaldinho (suka pass tak tengok. skillful and great passer. reading of the game pun power. prone to injury macam abang dia. tapi abg dia lebih kot)
13. Kamarul = Salgado (toughest person. i think semua dah pernah lebam pasal dia. likes to run the flanks and can finish at tight angles)
14. Amir = Sergio Ramos (complete player can attack and defend and tak pancit. aku rasa dia makan tongkat ali tiap2 hari lah)
15. Masri@peeps = Pipo Inzhagi (Nama nak sama dah. Gets very unpredictable goals and macam org tua sikit)
16. Acheeq = Makele (very queit player but enables the team to the fullest. Unsung hero)
17. Elly = Messi (lepas sahaja. give him the ball and wait for the final pass he will do the rest. tak sehensem abg dia mazleen)
18. Shafiq = Mascherano (Another unsung hero. Always there to protect the goal and assist in attack.)
19. Azam = Anderson (likes to run the ball and gets into good position to shoot. Always take the responsibility to shoot)
20. Azza = Deco (Passer of the ball. always finding spaces to pass. Lari merata2 gak. Shoot je tak nak. Should shoot more. segan2 lak. )
    
21. Sunni = Ronaldo (Great dribbler and finisher and a good team player)
    
22. Hazeeq = Sissoko (Always get the ball back for the team but sometimes give the ball back. Hardworker)

Performance Review: 210609 (Week 9)

Fuhh. What a game NATS had the other night. Eventhough only 12 NATS members came this time but as usual we had a good time.

Shafiq and Zarrir again made a rare re-appearance after several weeks out. It was reported that they were negotiating their contracts and finally came to an agreement with NATS. Zul also made a late appearance to the pitch after just arriving from international duty in Bangsar.
The leaders in the Golden Boot charts Lukman, Zul and Shah were trying their best to score goals and were being their best in bolot-ing.

Week 9 NATS Player of The Week was won by Lukman. Congrats Lukman.

Rules of NATS Futsal

Dear Fellow NATS,

ada sedikit pendapat nak dibawa ketengah padang frenzy futsal..hehe

1) Main 'out' tepi rasanye tidak wajar tetapi belakang semestinya... setuju ngan tindakan defend membuang bola... be fair to all...cool2.

2) Minta sangat bantuan pencatit stats luar padang peka kepada player2 di dalam padang...

3) Player diminta tuk menjerit 'save' 'score' or 'assist' tuk memudahkan pencatit stats.... Stats 'defence' atas persetujuan player2 di bench and pencatit...

4) Commentator amatlah dialu-alukan...

5) Reminder... we are playing for fun... we must enjoy....Goodluck to all...

Confederations Cup 2009

Today is the start of the Confederations Cup 2009 in South Africa. The cup gathers all the continents confederations champions, the reigning World Champion and also used by the host for the World Cup, this time South Africa (World Cup 2010) as a dress rehearsel for the World Cup in 2010.

Past winners of the Cup were Argentina ('92), Denmark ('95), Brazil ('97), Mexico ('99), France ('01 & '03) and Brazil ('05)

What We Are Playing For

Alang-alang dah ada stats and semangat tinggi, lets show something for it. So here are the category we are thinking of:

Golden Ball (NATS Player of The Year)
The most prestige award is the Golden Ball (player of the year). The most average points in a season but have to play at least half of the total games. The season will end before puasa kira2 22/8/09 (satu season 4 bulan). Hadiah insyallah kita akan beli trophy bola emas untuk disimpan sementara oleh pemenang dan letak nama pemenang.


Golden Boot (La Pachici)
The most goals of the season (ending sebelum puasa jugaklah). Hadiah insyallah kita akan beli trophy kasut emas untuk disimpan sementara dan letak nama.


NATS Monthly Best Player

Untuk naikkan semangat short term, kita akan buat player of the month. Hadiahnya 1 tin 100 Plus percuma tajaan NATS. Kita bermula dengan bulan June based on total points tiap bulan.
So here are the rewards for kerajinan anda and NATS premier league. Comments are welcomed and expected.

New rules!

As of now we will add more rules for fun and competitiveness sake:

1. Sape yang kata nak datang but tak datang (cancel last minute) will be regarded as played but no points. 
   
2. New definition of defense is shot blocked and steal (convincingly). 
3. Own goals will deduct 0.5 points.
4. Captains are suppose to collect sewa padang for each team to make sure duit cukup
5. People waiting outside please calit for those yang kat dalam (honestly)
6. Kita will try to kira terus the points lepas main.
7. Anybody who has any ideas please comment :)

Real Madrid's business model

As a Real Madrid fan (self-proclaimed), i cant help defending the club when people talk bad about it (even though kadang2 menegakkan benang yg basah). The talk now is the so called 'madness' spending spree buying ronaldo & kaka (total around euro 150m or so). many more to come mind you. Here are my amateurish arguments (what little i know - escape clause):

1) yes the world finances are unprecedented in trouble. credit crunch, shadow banking and all that. but football (big 5 euro leagues) are among the few industries that has seen an increase in revenue (10%, total of euro 7.7bil) based on Deloitte's.

2) Real Madrid finances does not depend on billionaires (e.g chelsea abrahamovic, man u glazers, liverpool gilette, arsenal russian oilmen) but its own revenue-generating ability (not bad for a non-profit organization). Anyways, if a bank has confidence in giving you loans nowadays that means its feasible (of course they do their homework). Shows good management and market confidence in a way. Perez claims the money is from the club and not his pocket which is a rare thing today.

3) Management is democratic. election every 4 years by the 70000 odd members. members must pay the annual fees $191 and be a season ticket holder. (please forgive the election rigging of 2008 dec elections - damn calderon). So when management mismanaged it can be overthrown. Therefore actions taken are on the consensus (so called lah). Thats why its a very stable organization unlike certain clubs that follows dilly dally its new owners.

4) Its been proven right. just look the revenue has double since 2002. coming up to more than euro350m annually and about euro 70m profit.

5) Real Madrid have 3 major revenues category. below is the chart from delloite.


6)Matchday revenue/attendance is the 3rd highest in europe and not much room for growth as i understand as nearly 80-90% seats are sold before the first kick of the season.

7) Merchandise. yet again proven to work. Beckham case, t-shirt sales in japan itself dah cover its transfer fee. i wouldddd LOVVEE to have a Kaka jersey. Ronaldo not that much. 50% of the players rights also go to the club. sponsors lagi such as addidas, bwin and others.

8)The real carrot is in the Tv rights especially the emerging markets. the team that has the most marketable players and supporters will get the best TV deals. Another point,for example Asia has many Man U followers (some ronaldo's followers). what better way to steal their fans (especially yg follow stars) by buying its star players.

9) One time a commercial director said real madrid wants to be like a hollywood film. get audience addicted stars (tom cruise, angela jollie) to attract ppl to watch the movie comparing it to getting galacticos to play with them.

10) Many financial experts have not mention real madrid spending is 'madness' but contrary instead stating it as smart business model. its the non-financial ppl that are saying bad things (which i understand.. because its just too much money and makes the football industry shaky).

so.. thats my supporting argument on the matter. please feel free to argue and say your take on it.

ps.. i think this a classic example of "spend big, win big" and "the rich gets richer and the poor get poorer".

Zul, Maz, Zara (Zareef's cute sis), family and friends had celebrated Zareef's birthday last week at Burger King Extreme Park, Shah Alam. A fellow NATS suggested that we award highest goal scorer and also highest average point collected. Kita tambah semua points yg kumpul tiap2 minggu & bahagikan dgn total games sejak kita guna system points @ calit nih.

Cthnya, Lukman sejak 5 games yg lalu kumpul 40 points. Average points 40/5 = 8 points. Siapa yg tak dtg, markah akan still di kira sebagai 0. Kehadiran adalah penting.

We have our competitions for NATS Best Player for the Year and NATS Golden Boot. These awards can be handed out at the end of the year. Tak nak lah kita just main but nothing to show for it.

Ini pulak untuk NATS Best Player for the Year. Lebih kurang lah.

Oleh itu, aku propose we use some portion of NATS Fund (later in the year) to get a proper award yang winner akan dapat simpan terus. Do not need to be expensive, but memorable. Other prizes sampingan, akan di fikirkan kemudian. Like hamper ke apa ke.

Performance Review: 07.06.09 (Week 7)

Yesterday, we did not get the full attendance as of late but we still had some kick ass time. This week some player's stats would jump a bit higher due to more playing time.
