NATS Weekly 25 October 2009

Game awal NATS pada minggu ini diadakan utk membolehkan ahli2 NATS utk meyaksikan perlawanan antara Liverpool & Man Utd.

Kali ini NATS mengalukan Eddie (kawan Afnan) ke dalam NATS.

Pd minggu ini captains adalah Jini, Azam & Masri. Ketiga2 captain mendapat extra 1 markah.
Team Asyik-Asyik Menang (Captain Jini) muncul juara paling banyak, maka ahli2 nya juga mendapat extra markah.

Berdasarkan Calits System NATS, Jini muncul sebagai Pemain Terbaik NATS minggu ke 5 dengan 23 markah.

Torres Helps Liverpool Stop the Rot

Kop hero Torres celebrates opener against United

Fernando Torres returned to lead Liverpool's attack against their arch rivals Man Utd. After missing the last 2 games due to a groin injury, "El Nino" was back and scored the opener on the 65th minute. Ghosting past Vidic and latching onto Benayoun's through ball & then holding off the off-form England international, Ferdinand to blast past Van der Saar.

United then pulled off Scholes & Berbatov to make way for former Kop hero Owen & Nani to try to chase the game.

Owen had a glorious chance to get a 1 on 1 with Reina before he was cruely dragged down by Carragher. He only got a yellow card for the offence.

Then, at the other half, Vidic, who was also having an off day was sent off after a second booking for a similar offence after Kuyt bumped into him on his way to goal.

During injury time, Mascherano was sent off for a second bookable foul.

Then, David N'gog finished off a second goal for Liverpool to make it 2-0 after rounding off Van der Saar after United left their rear guard open after pusing up for an equaliser.

After the match, Rafa had this to say "I have said before, our players are good players so when people talk about our squad I always say the same thing - if you have four or five players injured it would be a problem for anyone".
Meanwhile, Sir Alex Ferguson, being sportmanlike & gentleman as he is said "All in all, Liverpool were the better team. They created more chances and were better than us on the day. With the performance level of Liverpool, they deserved their victory".

Fernando Torres added "We knew we needed to win to stay in the title race and we're definitely in it now".

It remains to see wheter the Merseyside club can mount a recovered serious challenge for the Premiership.

NATS Midweek Friendly

Semalam NATS mengadakan friendly game dgn officemates Lukman. Game di adakan di Fenzy Futsal Sek 15 court B1. Kehadiran bagi team NATS ialah Lukman, Shah, Bo, Mazleen & Afnan.

Perlawanan bermula dgn rentak perlahan sebab team NATS tak cukup player (seorang dua datang lambat). Tapi setelah Afnan tiba utk menstabilkan team, barulah nampak peningkatan dari segi mutu permainan. Tiada keputusan perlawanan sebab dua2 team tak ingat score berapa.

Overall, good outing utk pemain2 NATS utk meningkatkan stamina utk NATS Sunday Futsal.

Obertan Set to Debut

Gabriel Obertan, the 3 million pound Man Utd summer arrival from Bordeux is set to be handed his senior debut for the visit of Bolton to the Theatere of Dreams. Obertan is also very likely to be included in United's squad to face CSKA Moscow for next week's Champions League game.

The French Under 21 international was given a 45 minute run out with Red Devil's legends Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's reserves team against Oldham United which the Devils won 3 - 0.

Obertan struggled at first to find his feet during the reserves game but once he found his footing he displayed why the REIGNING ENGLISH CHAMPIONS spent 3 million to bring him to the club. Posessing Thierry Henry like speed, ability to play on both flanks with both feet and having good balance sees Obertan potentially adding to United's already devastating strikeforce.

Minggu ini persembahan masih lagi hebat cuma di sebabkan penarikan diri di saat terakhir menyebabkan "feel" untuk beraksi tidaklah maksimum.

Disebabkan juga kurangnya pemain2, maka tiada siapa untuk mengambil gambar utk tontonan saudara-saudara semua pada minggu ini.

Juga ingin di alu2kan sekali lagi Ari & juga mengucapkan selamat datang kepada Mael. Mael bakal mencabar kedudukan Mazleen & Adri sebab shot stopper bagi NATS. Berdasarkan persembahan yang di tunjukkan oleh Mael, memang susah nak dapat score goal kalau try shoot dgn Mael in goal.

NATS @ Mazleen's Birthday Bash

Mazleen had a bbq/birthday party at his place in Section 7. The food was great, aunty, uncle & the rest of Mazleen's family were as welcoming & warm as usual and the company was not too bad also.

NATS @ Adri's & Amirah's Wedding Recetion

Last Saturday, Adri aka Adri-bayor & his new bride, Amirah had their reception at Concorde Hotel Shah Alam. Some of NATS members were there to share their special day. The food was good, the company was better. Overall we had fun and a great time.

Heard that one of us went to JB last weekend. He looked like he had a blast there. I personally dont know whats so great about our southern most city but it appeals to our particular friend. I am happy for him and wishes him all the luck in finding his happiness there.

ps..I think they put magic love potion in the biscuits there.

Singing the praises of CR9

Recently I have been following the best team in the world Real Madrid. Its been an impressive run. 7 wins from 7 games . 100% record (gloat while you still can). The only team that has the same record is Barcelona (correct me if i'm wrong) but lets not waste our time talking about other teams that are less superior (bakar sikit). The only problem i have with the limelight is that the media seems to highlight more on Ronaldo than the whole team. I dont blame Ronaldo and just have to accept the media way of reporting (always trying to find the hero and villains)

As a Real Madrid fan, I cant ignore Ronaldo's contributions in all this. CR9 has undoubtedly been doing his job and proving his worth. Yes all GBP80Milllions of it. I have never been a big fan of his mainly due to him being full of himself but i do admire his abilities. But somehow he is winning me over maybe because he has cooled down on the antics (mengada2 giler dulu masa pakai baju merah) and he has matured in his game especially while wearing white. The real turnkey for me was on one of his goal celebration, he ran straight all the way to the bench and hugged Raul. Raul hugged him back in a true comradeship manner. That was enough for me to forget all his 'poyo'ness before. For you guys who dont seem to understand why please bare in mind "Raul is Real Madrid and Real Madrid is Raul". A quote not just coming from me or the fans, ppl like Real Madrid Presidents, Legendary players like DiStefano and Hierro and RealMadrid.com says it. If Abang Long Raul respects/likes you, that goes a long way for fans like me.

Just by stating CR9 is a great player might get critism. He is probably the most booed person in the sport (theres a saying, fans dont boo bad players on the contrary they boo good ones). The thing i dont get is that what the hell a team/fans that has no history, no bad air gets all riled up to boo him (example Toronto and Washington FC). If he was acting out or being poyo its expected. Maybe its the way he dribbles which I agree is overly done and some people take it as a way to show off and pisses off the defender like hell. The defenders are resorting to harsh tackles and dirty tricks which i think CR9 has to live with, a price to pay for being good (Pele went through it during one of the world cups - limped out the tournament with a broken leg). Somehow too nowadays Ronaldos free kick and penalty claims seems more convincing than before (maybe im biased but i just dont see it as diving anymore).

Since hes doing really well, i have decided to show you the stats below to prove it. No doubt for a midfielder to bypass a striker in goal tally is remarkable. It is more spectacular to get an average of a goal per game. Its GBP80 Millions awesome to have an average of 1.28 goals per game in top flight competitive games. So if this gets going on he might get 60+ goals this season (i wish). I believe he can but he has to be smart and more manly about things. Stop PMS-ing and poyo-ing. Holding back on the hair cream may help too. Hala Madrid!! .......... oklahhh Hala CR9 (on a quieter note)

NATS Season 2 Points System

Kawan-kawan NATS semua,

Season 2 points adalah seperti berikut:

• Saves + 0.5 per save (Season 1: 0.5 points)
  
• Defense + 1.0 per defense act (Season 1: 1.0 points)
  
• Asisst + 1.0 per assist (Season 1: 0.5 points)
• Goal Scored + 1.0 per goal (Season 1: 1.0 points)
• Own Goal - negative 1.0 per goal (Season 1: negative 1.0 goal)

Saves maintain 0.5 sebab (no offense to Mazleen or Adri....keeper NATS yang di akui kebal) kalau selalu player yang sama jadi keeper, pasti pemain tu dapat collect points banyak.

Assist naik jadi 1.0 points sebab untuk assist goal scorer pun suatu yang susah. Oleh itu, mestilah kena bagi award yang setimpal.

Harap penjelasan ini dapat membakar semangat kawan-kawan untuk perform dengan lebih lagi di samping dapat meningkatkan mutu permainan masing-masing.
